Healthwatch Hull have asked us to let people know about changes that the Council may need to make to Adult Social Care services for a short time.

These changes might happen if more people get ill because of Coronavirus as this may put a lot of pressure on Councils and care providers

As a result, Healthwatch Hull would like to know more about your care needs and what information is important to you and are asking for people to complete a short survey (see link below).

So that you are aware of the changes that could affect you, it would be good for you to look at their leaflet (see link below) before filling in the survey.

Care Act Easement Survey

It is important to note that Hull City Council has not yet had to introduce these easements, nor may they have to. However Healthwatch Hull would like to know about your care needs and what information is important to you, so that they can help make sure the Council provides the appropriate information for you.

Completed surveys can be returned free of charge to:

If you would rather complete the survey online, you can do so via the Healthwatch Hull website or social media, detailed above, or alternatively by contacting them on 07593 261312 if you need support in completing the survey.
