Bestselling local writers Val Wood and Nick Quantrill will interview each other about their respective careers, books and inspirations at a special event raising money for local sight loss charity Sight Support Hull and East Yorkshire.

The pair will also will answer questions from the audience and will be available to sign copies of their works on sale at the event.

This special Meet the Authors evening will be at Waterstones Book Store in Hull on Monday 19th August at 7pm (doors open 6.30pm). Tickets are just £5 per person.

Guests will receive a drink on arrival and a selection of nibbles on offer thanks to support from Sainsbury’s Jameson Street in Hull. Staff from the store will also be volunteering on the evening.

Tickets are available from Sight Support Hull & East Yorkshire on Beverley Road in Hull Monday to Friday between 9am – 4pm or online via Eventbrite.
