What is an AGM?

An ‘AGM’ is an Annual General Meeting which charities are required to hold by law.

Our Annual General Meeting provides information to our Members on the
financial running of the charity, and to elect officers to act as trustees for the charity.

As well as hearing about what we have achieved over the last year and our plans for the future, it is also your chance to have your say on the future of our services or give any comments/feedback about the services we provide.

Who can attend?

YOU - the people who use our services and the community which supports them, the general public, local business and local organisations.

How do I Attend?

Unfortunately, as we continue to take a cautious approach in response to Covid-19, we have taken the decision to once again host our AGM as a Zoom meeting online.

If you do not currently have the technology, or do not know how to use Zoom, and would like to attend the meeting, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we will do our best to support you to attend either by providing tuition or equipment.
