Salary £30,480 subject to a review April 2024
Hours per week: 35 hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

About Us: At Sight Support Hull & East Yorkshire we are on a mission to empower and support visually impaired individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. We provide a range of vital services, from providing advice, information and guidance, assistive technology training and a full programme of social activities all aimed at enhancing accessibility and inclusivity and combatting social isolation.
The Role: As our Services Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery and development of our programmes and support services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with staff and volunteers to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Developing innovative strategies to enhance the quality and reach of our programmes.
- Managing budgets and resources efficiently to maximise impact.
- Cultivating strong partnerships with stakeholders and community organisations.
- Providing guidance, and support to our dedicated team.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for serving and advocating for visually impaired individuals.
- Proven experience in programme management or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards a common goal.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
